The CRA is holding a special advisory committee meeting on Thursday, November 12 at 6:00 pm to discuss a TIF funding proposal from the BDC. They are requesting TIF funds to prepare vacant lots they own in the TIF district for affordable home construction.
The CRA envisions every neighborhood in the City of Memphis and Shelby County providing its residents with a healthy and safe environment, economic opportunity, affordable housing, and excellent quality of life.
