The Essential Housing Program is a CRA partnership that provides access to land and funding for new construction of affordable housing in Memphis. Join us on May 7th to celebrate the newest essential home and meet emerging developer Billy Irby of West TN CDC. This is the first house to feature an ADU. This will give an owner the option to rent the unit and build generational wealth, or to provide extra space for a family member.
