Terrance Hammons
Senior Community Builder : Governmental Relations
Terrance Hammons is a lifetime Memphian who has 15 years of experience in Compliance with The City of Memphis. First as an Environmental Analyst and most recently as the Labor Standards Coordinator. Before he transitioned to compliance, Hammons was a social worker with a passion for the well-being of others, especially those living in blighted communities. Hammons is a proud graduate of LeMoyne Owens College.
Terrance is now a Senior Community Builder with the CRA, focusing on compliance in governmental relations. He works with contractors, government, and code enforcement to ensure that the CRA abides by redevelopment industry standards and government regulations.
