The Bruce & Wanda Quinn Memorial Resource Park, located at 826 Orphanage Avenue in Smokey City, will serve those in need. This small, high-traffic property will offer residents immediate access to information on resources such as addiction counseling and home winterization, as well as periodic opportunities to receive specialized on-site care. Memphis nonprofit Brothers Linked Together will maintain and operate the park.
