University of Memphis Architecture students fabricate site plans for North Memphis area

Undergrad students from the University of Memphis Architecture program are taking it to the streets with the CRA. The agency has designated a two-block area in North Memphis for students to develop a site plan. This assignment challenges the students to research zoning, land use, and access to public transportation before creating a prototype. The CRA is excited about the partnership and will view plans this spring. These designs will not be implemented but could be used in a future RFP by the CRA.
