As the Uptown TIF community grows, business owners, organizations and neighbors have noticed several transportation challenges, especially with the increase of development in the Uptown/Greenlaw and Pinch neighborhoods. In 2022, the CRA worked with community members and stakeholders to complete a comprehensive transportation assessment for these areas and develop project and program recommendations to improve the transportation system for all users.
