Memphis Uptown Community Plan

As directed by the Memphis City Council and the Shelby County Commission, the CRA completed a planning process for the Uptown TIF in 2018. Led by the Uptown Advisory Committee, the process generated a great reception and input from the residents of the neighborhoods. Please click on the following link to view the adopted Uptown Plan.
