The Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhood planning project aims to improve the safety and accessibility of streets\, crossings\, and public spaces for people walking\, biking\, driving\, and using transit\, with a focus on areas affected by the interstate. \nWe will review 12 crossing points along I-40 in New Chicago\, Klondike\, Smokey City\, Speedway Terrace\, Crosstown\, and the Medical District. \nCome share what’s working\, what’s not\, and what you want to see in the future. \nThe meeting is free and open to the public. Light refreshments provided.
